Washing Sterilization System: Deep Cleaning and Disinfection

 

Cleaning fruits and vegetables is imporatnt for food safety. Our machine uses advanced bubble washing technology to remove dirt, bacteria, and pesticide residues. The bubbles clean the surface and penetrate into crevices for thorough cleaning. Ultrasonic is also a good choce of cleaning,ultrasonic wave is a kind of mechanical energy. Ultrasonic cleaning machine uses ultrasonic wave to generate local high pressure in water to achieve the purpose of cleaning.


For Sterilization, different materials could equipped an ozone generator and inject ozone into the water to sterilize fruits and vegetables. Because ozone has strong oxidizing properties, the ozone generated in the cleaning machine can react with water to quickly oxidize pesticides and hormone molecules, causing the harmful substances on the surface of fruits and vegetables to degrade quickly, and it can also achieve a good sterilization effect. otherwise, a method for sterilizing fruits and vegetables is while the surface of the fruits and vegetables is in contact with chlorine water containing sodium hypochlorite having a chlorine concentration of 5 ppm or more. Additionally, the washing system includes sterilization and disinfection functions to ensure that the produce is safe and hygienic. At the same time, the freshness of the material can be adjusted by adding different concentrations of citric acid, such as the suitable concentration of citric acid significantly delayed the decline of fresh-cut banana weightlessness rate, reduced the fresh-cut banana polyphenol oxidase (PPO) and peroxidase (POD) activity, and inhibited malondialdehyde (MDA) content. The treatment conduced to maintain the appearance quality and nutritional value of fresh-cut banana. Results indicated that citric acid inhibited significantly the mycelium growth and spore germination of F.sulphureum and F.sambucinum, and its inhibition efficacy was greatly enhanced when the concentration of citric acid was increased, the mycelium diameter were 28.83% and 21.59% lower than the control after treatment with 2% citric acid, the spore germination of F.sulphureum were 94.02% lower than the control, completely inhibited the spore germination of F.sambucinum.Lesion diameter of slices inoculated with F.sulphureum and F.sambucinum were decreased by citric acid treatment when concentration at 0.5% showed the most effective, the lesion diameter reduced by 59.01% and 55.02% compared with the control.A higher concentration treatment did not increase the effect.
