After an Indonesian large-scale salad processing plant introduced this production line, it achieved seamless connection from raw material sorting to dewatering without manual intermediate transfer. The vegetable cutter supports adjustable cutting sizes from 1-60mm, the elevator can accurately match the height of each equipment, and the vortex vegetable washer operates in conjunction with the vibrating dewatering and continuous dewatering equipment. The entire line can process up to 2000kg of vegetables per hour, which is 60% more efficient than traditional segmented equipment, and can run continuously for 8 hours without a fault shutdown.
