The machine produces high-pressure bubbles through the operation of the blower, and then those bubbles in the water burst to form the impact. Combined with the circulating water pumps, they start double cleaning the corn kernel. 

The machine effectively screens corn kernels, and cleans the corn kernel with an external large circulating water tank and high-pressure washing nozzles, to make the impurities in the water and broken corn particles rinse out from the overflow, and then to collect them through the high-density mesh disk to prevent these impurities from causing secondary pollution to the water.

Blanching corn kernels in high temperature can achieve color protection, effective storage, time reduction of next cooking, enzyme protection, easy secondary processing and other effects. Through the principle of heating by the heat pipe or the steam, the temperature of the water rises to reach a certain degree and it is the time to put the material into the water.

The blanching time is controlled by the speed of the conveyor belt, and the water temperature is controlled by the thermostat. Different water temperatures show different effects on different materials, thus customers can adjust it by themselves.
