Working Principle

As the drum spins, the water is forced toward the outer walls of the drum. It flows into a drainage system at the bottom of the machine. The design ensures that the water is fully separated from the vegetables and prevented from remaining on the surface of the vegetables, which maximizes the dehydration effect.

 

 

After dehydration, the vegetables are nearly free of water. They are evenly distributed in the drum and maintain their original shape. The dehydrated vegetables are automatically discharged from the machine and sent to the next processing step or packaging line.
