►Sweet corn shelling machine:
Automatically adjusts to various cob sizes, making it suitable for fresh sweet corn, waxy corn, and thawed frozen corn. The threshing depth can also be fine-tuned to minimize waste and improve kernel integrity.
►Sweet Corn Remove impurities
This step includes corn kernel washing and brush-cleaning systems to eliminate silk threads, husk remnants, and damaged kernels.
►Corn blanching and air drying process:
Once sorted and cleaned, kernels undergo controlled blanching to preserve color and taste, followed by precise cooling and cleaning stages.
