Efficient Workflow with Pineapple Processing Machines
Our pineapple drying processing line is specially designed to meet the needs of pineapple snack production. It offers a complete solution from raw fruit pretreatment to drying, ensuring high efficiency and consistent product quality. The line includes a double-head pineapple peeling machine, a manual head and tail cutting machine, a pneumatic segmenting machine, a pineapple chunk cutting machine, and a hot air drying machine.
The double-head peeling machine efficiently removes the skin from two pineapples simultaneously, which can reduce labor costs, greatly improving productivity. After peeling, the head and tail of the pineapples are trimmed manually using the cutting machine to ensure precise cutting and minimal waste. 
Next, the pineapples are processed by a pneumatic coring and splitting machine, which uses compressed air to drive blades that accurately core and divide the fruit into equal wedges. These separating pineapples are then fed into a cutting machine, whose blades and conveyor speed can be adjusted to cut the fruit into cubes or tidbits according to production needs.
