Recently, our technical team visited a customer's fruit processing plant to carry out on-site installation and commissioning of several customized fruit processing machines. The business trip included the setup and testing of a pineapple peeling and washing machine, a passion fruit bubble washing machine, and a jackfruit peeling machine, forming an efficient fruit processing system for the customer's tropical fruit production line.
Before installation, our engineers carefully reviewed the customer's plant layout, power supply, and water system to ensure smooth integration of the new machines. The team then handled equipment positioning, assembly, and precise adjustment, verifying every function step by step. Each machine underwent multiple rounds of performance testing, including cutting, peeling, and washing trials, to confirm stable operation and compliance with the customer's production requirements.
