Semi-automatic cross-slitting cheese machine for cutting square cheese into small cubes by vertical and horizontal knife die. It is divided into manual feeding and conveying part, horizontal cutting cheese part, discharging tray part, control box and so on.
There is a water tray inside, which can be easily washed with a water gun when the work is completed. The feeding and conveying is conveyed by food-grade plastic rollers. The rolling conveyance of the cheese allows the operator to push the large pieces of cheese into the positioning groove effortlessly. The feeding station has a double-button switch, which will only start cutting when both hands are pressed at the same time. It can prevent the operator from pulling the handle into the pressing mechanism by mistake and letting the pressure reach the hand.
