This pomegranate washing peeling processing machine is designed for industrial pomegranate processing applications, including juice production plants, fruit processing factories, and fresh-cut fruit facilities.

The machine integrates washing, cleaning, peeling assistance, and seed separation into one continuous processing system. It effectively removes surface impurities, gently separates pomegranate arils from the peel, and minimizes seed damage, ensuring high product quality and consistent output.

Working Principle

A bubble washing machine is suitable for cleaning vegetables and fruits, ensuring food is pollution-free and they are easy to clean. High-pressure bubble and two water spray cleaning, washing fruits and vegetables more thoroughly.

The pomegranate enters the upper crushing machine from the feeding hopper. After the two-stage extrusion has been basically separated from the skin and seeds, the pomegranate seeds are removed from the sieve.

All parts in contact with the product are made of SUS304 stainless steel, meeting food safety and hygiene requirements for industrial food processing.
