Scallion Skin Peeling Machine

Our pneumatic scallion peeling machine is designed to simplify the peeling process of scallions (green onions) by using high-pressure air. Operators place the root end of each scallion into the blowing tube. Once in position, external air nozzles release concentrated jets of air that effectively remove the outer skin without damaging the inner layers.

This non-contact peeling method maintains the integrity of the scallion, reduces manual labor, and increases processing speed. Made from durable, food-grade stainless steel, the machine is easy to operate, clean

Peeling way:
Peeling is finished simply after placing 3‾5 green onions inside the circular hole and shaking 2‾3 times. Air is injected only when the insertion of green onions is detected by sensors.
