Product Description
Citrus peeling equipment is used for automatic orange peeling operations. The equipment consists of three parts: scratching device, peeling device and electronic control. The blanched oranges enter the peeling device, and multiple upward slits are made on the skin with the peeling knife. The peeled oranges enter the peeling device. The peeling device consists of multiple pairs of peeling rollers that rotate at high speeds in opposite directions. The peeling rollers clamp the warped skin on the oranges and then peel off the skins. The peeling rollers rotate and move toward the discharge port as a whole; the peeled orange balls move out of the equipment with the peeling roller. After the peeling roller moves out of the peeling area, it is cleaned by a regular spray device and dried by a fan. Orange peeling equipment outputs 0.8-1.5 tons of oranges.
