Sweet Corn Shelling Blanching Drying Line Testing Before Shipped Out

This is our third corn processing line in this season (quarter).
According to the actual needs of customers, we customize the production line of corn kernels for customers base on the standard process.
This line consists of corn threshing, blanching, washing, air drying.

Below is the testing video.

Corn threshing

The first step in the sweet corn kernel processing line is corn shelling, where the kernels are separated from the cob. During this process, we inspect the machinery to ensure that it is functioning properly and efficiently. We also check the quality of the shelled corn to meets client standards.

Corn Blanching

Blanching is an important step in the corn processing line, as it preserve the color and flavor of the corn kernels. Before shipment, we conduct thorough inspections of the blanching equipment to ensure that it is operating at the correct temperature and pressure.

Corn Washing

After blanching, the corn kernels go through the cooling water cleaning processes to remove any impurities and ensure food safety.

Corn Air Drying

Before shipping out our corn processing lines, we inspect the drying equipment to confirm that it is capable of achieving the desired moisture level.

By conducting thorough inspections before shipping out our corn processing lines, we can ensure that our customers receive high-quality equipment that meets their needs.
