Blanching corn kernels in high temperature can achieve color protection, effective storage, time reduction of next cooking, enzyme protection, easy secondary processing and other effects. The blanching time is controlled by the speed of the conveyor belt, and the water temperature is controlled by the thermostat. Different water temperatures show different effects on different materials, thus customers can adjust it by themselves.
